FitMoves delivers dance fitness and yoga classes throughout South West London and Surrey. Founded by Adele Watts, our principal instructor, FitMoves brings the fun & sparkle back into group exercise classes. Adele has 15 years fitness teaching experience with a lifelong passion for dance. An incredibly versatile dancer, Adele’s enthusiasm is infectious, which will inspire you to achieve your fitness goals whilst doing something you enjoy. Each of the FitMoves dance & yoga programmes will get you fit, boost your confidence and leave you feeling re-energised for life!

DDMIX & FITSTEPS
Each programme is suitable for all levels of fitness & dance experience and no partner is required. These group fitness classes provide an all over body workout to raise your heart rate and tone your torso, arms & legs.

BODYBALANCE & INVIGORATE
Each programme is suitable for all levels of fitness & yoga experience. These yoga-based stretch classes benefit your body by improving flexibility & range of motion and increasing core strength. As a result, you’ll leave each class with improved posture and enhanced mood. 🙂
