WHAT IS INVIGORATE?
Created by Adele Watts, our principal instructor, INVIGORATE is a yoga-based stretch class to develop strength, balance & flexibility that will leave you feeling relaxed & energised.
INVIGORATE is a great class to balance your fitness routine with stretches to improve flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience, this class combines simple yoga poses or ‘asanas’ with classic dance & fitness stretches. INVIGORATE is practiced to a mix of music, which sets the pace of the class, with upbeat tunes for strong poses and calming tunes to help you focus your mind and body. You’ll leave the class feeling healed of your everyday stresses.
